Advanced task list
The Advanced Task List module is a powerful interface for managing user tasks in the system. It not only provides convenient access, but also offers tools to support team supervision and coordination.

- Transparent and customisable task view– The user is provided with an extensive list of his/her activities with the possibility to customise columns, order and filters according to his/her own needs – which allows priority issues to be extracted instantly.
- Mass operations – The functionality allows multiple tasks to be selected at the same time and collective actions to be performed on them – such as acceptance, assignment or signature – which significantly speeds up daily work.
- Delegation and delegation of tasks– The module allows not only the delegation of individual tasks to other users, but also the setting up of automatic delegation rules (e.g. as part of replacements). In this way, you can smoothly organise tasks within the team while retaining full control.
