Integration of LangFlow with EZD RP
LangFlow is a graphical low-code environment that adds the ability to interpret document content to EZD RP. Instead of manually reading scans, long letters or attachments, LangFlow analyzes their content, extracts key information and suggests metadata — all in a way that is consistent with the logic of case files, registers and administrative processes.
The platform operates locally within the institution’s infrastructure, provides a full audit trail, and integrates with repositories (e.g. Alfresco), the process engine and validation rules (DMN). As a result, it is not only an AI tool, but a natural extension of the EZD RP environment.
Key capabilities of LangFlow:
- Automatic classification and summarization of documents
LangFlow recognizes the type of submission (application, complaint, response, claim), identifies the context of the case and generates concise summaries.The official does not need to analyze multi-page documents — they receive the essential information, ready for operational use. - Data extraction into metadata
The platform extracts decision numbers, monetary values, reference identifiers, dates and names of involved parties, and saves them as metadata in EZD RP. This unifies information within the system and prepares documents for further processing. - Result verification through DMN rules
AI outputs do not enter the system without validation. LangFlow enables the use of decision rules that check the correctness and completeness of extracted data before it is stored. - Full on-premise operation with auditability
Every query, response and content transformation can be recorded in logs. The institution retains full control over data, models and processes — without sending document contents to external cloud services. - Flows aligned with institutional procedures
Graphical AI-flow design allows domain teams to co-create and develop scenarios for classification, analysis and data extraction. This is done without writing code and without modifying EZD RP.
From documents to actionable information — a new level of work in EZD RP
LangFlow takes over tasks that are repetitive and time-consuming, and do not require subject-matter expertise from the user. A document is treated as a source of information, from which data is extracted regarding its context, relation to a case, thematic area and required next steps.
The solution removes the need for manual registration of document content and metadata, enabling automatic processing and transfer into EZD RP. The system can:
- indicate whether the document belongs to an existing case or requires a new one
- populate metadata without user intervention
- prepare a summary intended for the decree process
- detect missing elements in the case file
- propose actions consistent with the applicable procedure
The user receives processed and structured information, not raw material requiring manual analysis and interpretation. This accelerates decree processing, case handling and correspondence management — without modifying existing procedures.
