BeOne Open Document Flow
One change. The entire workflow under control.
BeOne Open Document Flow connects forms, documents, processes, rules, integrations, and AI into one controlled solution model. Before a change is deployed, it shows which workflow elements may require updates, validation, or testing.

Problem
Electronic document workflows today are built using many specialized technologies. Forms may be created in Form.io, processes and rules in Operaton, documents and metadata in Alfresco, AI workflows in Langflow, and automations in n8n. Each tool performs its own task well, but the organization lacks a shared view of the entire solution.
A change to a single form field may affect metadata, approval rules, the process flow, a generated document, financial integration, and data passed to AI. Dependencies are often discovered only during testing or after deployment.
Solution
BeOne Open Document Flow creates a shared solution map showing forms, document types, metadata, BPMN processes, DMN rules, integrations, automations, and AI, together with the dependencies between them. Each element remains in its native format and can be developed in the tool best suited to the task.

Key innovation
BeOne Open Document Flow is not another closed platform and does not replace specialized tools. It creates a shared model of dependencies between elements developed using different technologies, enabling change impact analysis and control over a consistent version of the entire workflow.
Change impact analysis
See the impact of a change before it reaches production.
After any element is modified, the system indicates which parts of the workflow require an update, revalidation, testing, or business approval. For example, changing the field “order value” to “net order value” may simultaneously affect DMN, BPMN, metadata, a document, financial integration, and AI.

AI with source traceability
AI can analyze procedures, policies, forms, and document templates, then propose processes, rules, metadata, and integration points. Every suggestion remains linked to its source. The system also detects inconsistencies between documents and shows their impact on the workflow. AI proposes. Sources explain. A human approves.
Consistent solution version
Each tool can retain its own versioning, while BeOne Open Document Flow defines which versions of forms, processes, rules, documents, integrations, and AI workflows have been tested and deployed together. This makes it possible to recreate the configuration from a selected point in time, identify elements that require revalidation, and restore an earlier, consistent version of the workflow.
Open and extensible environment
The product core, workflow description format, and adapter mechanism are being designed as open source. Adapters make it possible to connect additional ECM systems, process engines, form tools, integration platforms, AI tools, and the customer’s internal solutions.
The solution can run in the organization’s own infrastructure, without a mandatory cloud, an imposed AI model, or dependence on a single vendor. The customer can replace individual technologies while preserving the shared workflow model and control over dependencies.
