  • Defining periods of absence – The system allows the precise entry of the time range over which an employee will be replaced – from one day to long-term absences. This prevents processes and tasks associated with a particular user from being blocked.
  • Multiple substitutes with automatic allocation of rights– It is possible to appoint several substitutes at the same time, whereby the module independently propagates access rights and allows a smooth takeover of responsibilities.
  • Automatic redirection of tasks and processes– When a deputy is activated, the system automatically transfers the assigned tasks, processes and documents to the deputies – without the need for manual intervention. This ensures transparency and continuity of work.
