- Direct marketing of BeOne services (with prior consent) – Article 6(1)(a) RODO.

- Identification and contact details: name, e-mail address, telephone number.
- Invoice data: TIN, REGON, registered office address.
- Data related to the execution of the contract: scope of activity, product/service selected.
- If necessary, tax and accounting data.
Recipients of data
Your data may be shared:
- to IT service providers, accountancy firms, legal advisors, hauliers – only on the basis of contracts and instructions from the Administrator,
- public authorities – if required by law (e.g. Tax Office).
Data transfer to a third country
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. If necessary, BeOne will provide appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses).
Retention period
Data will be stored for the time necessary for the performance of the contract, as well as for the period required by law (e.g. tax – usually up to 5 years).
Data subjects’ rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, to object (which is justified by your particular situation), and the right to withdraw consent (when processing is based on consent). You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.

Data was obtained directly from you or, in the case of representatives, from your contractor.
Voluntariness of data
The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. Failure to provide data will prevent the performance of the contract or part of it.

Purpose and basis for processing
Data will be processed for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract and establishing or defending claims – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO (legitimate interest of the Controller).
Scope of data processing
- name and surname;
- business telephone number and e-mail address;
- position;
- if applicable, PESEL number or identity document number; and other data contained in the power of attorney.
Data recipients
Data may be transferred to data processors on behalf of BeOne (e.g. IT service providers, lawyers) – only to the extent necessary and in accordance with the contract.
Transfer to third countries
Data will not be transferred outside the EEA. Where necessary, we provide appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard clauses).
Storage period
Data will be stored for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and for the period required by any other legal grounds (e.g. limitation of claims).
Rights of the data subject
You have the right:
- access to data,
- rectification, erasure, restriction of processing,
- object to the processing (for reasons related to your situation),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the DPA.
